The Role

We're seeking an exceptional **VP Product** to lead our product development and drive execution across multiple teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll work closely with our CEO to develop our product vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Drive the development of our product pipeline, ensuring we're always shipping value to our users.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of highly skilled Product Managers and Product Designers, attracting, training, and retaining world-class talent.
  • Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute our product strategy, roadmap, and execution across all our products.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our CEO on product vision, and work closely with engineering and product design teams to execute on it.
  • User Focus: Put user value first, working directly with our users to inform your intuition and expecting the same from your teams.

Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record as a strong and inspiring leader, with a proven ability to attract, coach, and develop world-class talent.
  • Product Expertise: A true product person, always on top of the latest technology and newest products, with a deep understanding of product development and execution.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic as much as an execution machine, with the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term goals.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in building world-class products in product-first companies, ideally in B2B SaaS, with a focus on complex, ambiguous, and unknown environments.
  • Skills: Great product intuition, razor-sharp analytical mindset, and the ability to work with AI, with a strong understanding of B2B experience and international sales teams.
