El Líder de Operaciones de Sucursal supervisa las sucursales y el equipo de Especialistas en Nuevas Cuentas. Este rol es fundamental para gestionar, dirigir y administrar las operaciones y los esfuerzos de desarrollo empresarial de las oficinas de la cooperativa de crédito, que ofrecen una gama completa de servicios a los miembros actuales y potenciales.

El Líder de Operaciones coordina y programa las actividades de las sucursales, asegurando que el trabajo se realice de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos establecidos. Se asegura de que las sucursales estén adecuadamente y eficientemente dotadas de personal, desarrollando al mismo tiempo a los empleados para que puedan interactuar de manera efectiva con los miembros, ya sea en persona, por escrito o por teléfono.
