Job Title: Construction Scheduling Coordinator
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Columbia is seeking a skilled Construction Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Estimator with scheduling tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient project timelines, and maintaining effective relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction scheduling principles, including Primavera P6 and Excel. You will be responsible for data entry, preparing outputs from Primavera, and developing a clear understanding of schedule layouts and terminology.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Estimator with scheduling tasks and project timelines
* Develop a clear understanding of schedule layouts and terminology
* Prepare outputs from Primavera, including Gantt charts and spreadsheets
* Data entry using Primavera P6 and Excel

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in construction scheduling or a related field
* Strong understanding of construction scheduling principles, including Primavera P6 and Excel
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
