Job Title: Delivery Driver

Department: Grocery

General Responsibilities:

The Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring timely and friendly service to our customers. This role involves delivering products, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and adhering to safety standards.

Reporting Structure:

Reports to: District Store Director, Store Manager, Assistant Managers, and various Department Managers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Deliver products promptly while providing friendly and efficient customer service.
  • Engage with customers warmly, making an effort to remember their names.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure proper handling and temperature maintenance of food and groceries.
  • Adhere to hygiene and dress standards as per company guidelines.
  • Report to work punctually as scheduled.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Assist in various store areas as required.
  • Participate in special projects and other job-related tasks.
  • Maintain delivery vehicles in good condition.

Special Requirements:

Must possess a valid driver's license without restrictions and be at least 18 years old to operate a company vehicle.
