Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Board certification in Utilization Management or Clinical Documentation Improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Medical Necessity or Utilization Management
  • Experience with clinical documentation software and systems
  • Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and classification systems
