Requirements

  • 5 Years of Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role is required.
  • HVAC Certification: A valid HVAC certification is required for this role.
  • EPA Certification: A valid EPA certification is required for this role.
  • Physical Demands: The successful candidate will be required to perform physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting, and will be exposed to adverse environmental conditions such as strong odors, fumes, dust, wetness, humidity, and temperature extremes.
Working Conditions

The work environment for this role will be in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with moderate noise levels and exposure to potentially hazardous materials.
