About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at AccentCare. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

With a strong focus on providing personalized care, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Your expertise as a Speech Language Pathologist will enable you to identify and address communication challenges, promoting improved health outcomes and enhanced quality of life for our patients.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $92,000 - $97,000, reflecting your valuable contributions to our team. This competitive compensation package is designed to recognize your skills and experience as a seasoned professional in the field of Speech Language Pathology.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care through assessments, evaluations, and interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary team
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication challenges and develop strategies to address them
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a degree from an accredited master's program in Speech-Language Pathology, as well as certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). A minimum of one year's clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology is also required.
