Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a PMHNP, you will be responsible for providing psychiatric evaluations, medication assessments, and treatment plans for our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that each patient receives the best possible care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and medication assessments
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, as well as provide follow-up care
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state of Illinois
  • Full Practice Authority (FPA)
  • Previous experience working with children, adolescents, and adult patients in private practice is a plus
