About the Role

We're looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Charlotte, NC. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting store productivity during peak periods, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining store appearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support store productivity during peak periods, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Provide basic customer service, including greeting and general assistance
  • Maintain store appearance by replenishing and recovering merchandise and performing general housekeeping tasks
  • Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management
  • Perform other tasks as needed

About You

We're looking for someone who is available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You should be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods. A high school diploma or GED is required.
