Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dining Operations Manager to oversee the daily dining operations at NexDine. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership qualities, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to maintain high efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the Serving Staff: Ensure smooth dining operations by effectively managing the serving staff.
  • Provide Training and Support: Offer guidance and support to new servers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Guest Seating: Coordinate guest seating and promptly attend to their needs to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Address Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the dining area remains clean and organized, adhering to high standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with the Kitchen Team: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery and maintain a seamless dining experience.
  • Handle Inventory and Restock: Manage inventory and restock supplies as necessary to maintain a well-stocked and efficient dining environment.
  • Ensure Food Safety Standards: Uphold food safety standards and proper serving protocols to ensure the health and well-being of our guests.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated Experience: Proven experience as a Server in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and people skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Effective Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership qualities with a focus on customer service and team management.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure: Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Familiarity with Food Safety Guidelines: Familiarity with food safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe dining environment.
  • Availability: Availability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional food service certification is a plus.
