We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Mental Health Technician to join our team at Oceans Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our patients and working collaboratively with our nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities

* Provide direct care to patients, including vital signs, weights, ADL, intake and output documentation, and nutritional monitoring.

* Assist patients with daily living activities, such as laundry, meals, and bathroom functions.

* Maintain accurate records of patient observations, behaviors, and other relevant information.

* Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

* Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in psychiatric care.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
