Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complex laboratory tests and procedures, including chemical, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests.
- Interpret test results and communicate findings to physicians, escalating unusual or critical results as needed.
- Operate and maintain complex electronic equipment, computers, and precision instruments.
- Assist providers in selecting appropriate laboratory tests and procedures.
- Perform and evaluate quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.

Requirements:
- Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience and education.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, with frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
- Valid certifications in one or more of the following: Blood Bank Technologist, Chemistry Technologist, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Clinical Laboratory Technician, Cytogenetics Technologist, Hematology Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist, Medical Laboratory Technician, Medical Technologist, Microbiology Technologist, or Molecular Biology Technologist.
