Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness of the facility by completing a daily checklist of tasks, including wet and dust mopping, dusting, trash removal, recycling, window washing, and vacuuming.
  • Perform seasonal activities such as lawn care and snow removal, as well as other general cleaning duties.
  • Record and report any repairs or hazardous conditions to the supervisor.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • At least six months of related experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents, and document work as needed.

Physical Demands:

  • Sufficient physical strength and agility to carry out the essential duties of the job.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work with cleaning equipment, chemical compounds, solvents, cleaners, and solutions in various forms.
  • Ability to work in conditions that will create dirt and dust.
  • Must be detail-oriented and exhibit a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to perform duties that may include semi-reaching to full-reach overhead, crouching, kneeling, shoveling, carrying, working in narrow and/or confining spaces, and twisting of the waist, shoulders, and legs.
