Compensation: Servers earn $9.80 per hour plus tips.

Role Overview:

As a Server, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Setting up dining areas with a focus on cleanliness and adherence to our standards.
  2. Welcoming and engaging with customers in a friendly manner.
  3. Assisting guests with their orders while being well-versed in menu items, including dietary preferences and restrictions.
  4. Delivering food and beverages to patrons, ensuring excellent customer service with a positive demeanor.
  5. Processing bills and handling payments at the end of the dining experience.
  6. Contributing to a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
  7. Collaborating with fellow staff members to enhance the dining experience for all.
  8. Maintaining communication with kitchen staff regarding meal preparation and addressing any issues that may arise.
  9. Supporting management in fostering a healthy work environment that guests enjoy and employees appreciate.
  10. Performing light lifting for stocking and maintaining the dining area.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 19 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with the Micros Terminal system is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
