Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze, design, develop, and maintain products and systems.
- Build prototypes, products, and testing systems.
- Conduct lab simulations and experiments.
- Design and implement tests, document results, and create customer presentations.
- Provide timely corrective actions for defects and issues.
- Produce analyses, mathematical models, and draw design conclusions.
- Participate in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs, and code.
- Contribute to design standards and support design re-use.
- Create and maintain product documentation and technical reports.
- Support field and customers through technical expertise and guidance.
- Provide necessary user training and development opportunities.
- Assign, direct, and review work, providing guidance to engineers and technicians.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their growth and development.
- Evaluate engineering approaches and risks continually.
- Author technical papers, articles, patents, and presentations.

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Have 4-5 years of experience in wellhead technology.
- Legally eligible to work and reside in the US without sponsorship.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The compensation and benefits for this role comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- The selected candidate's compensation will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, and organizational needs.
- The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000.
