Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights
  • Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, and misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator
  • Report any change in condition to the charge nurse
  • Assist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities
  • Update physicians, family members, etc. of change in condition as needed
  • Perform other duties as requested

Requirements:
  • Must hold and maintain Wisconsin LPN license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification required
  • 1+ years of related work experience preferred
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required

Work Schedule:
Every weekend, 6am-2pm
