Fairview Health Services is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Fairview Range Medical Center in rural Minnesota.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pharmaceutical services, including drug distribution, purchasing, and inventory control.
- Monitor drug usage and provide clinical services, education, and drug information.
- Supervise technical staff and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Active Pharmacist license by the Minnesota State Board of Pharmacy.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of drug interactions and use.
- Capacity to function under pressure and in stressful situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous hospital experience.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
