**Key Responsibilities**

As an AR Specialist, you will:

  • Cash Application – reconcile brokerage commissions and payments against manufacturer accounts
  • Respond in a timely and professional manner to various inquiries from manufacturers and retailers
  • Analyze monthly/quarterly reports from retailers and/or distributors to create accurate manufacturer bills and confirm compliance with contracts

**Salary Range:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position based out of the Corporate office in Malta, NY.
