Primary Care Nurse

United Health Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at UHS Primary Care Sherburne in Sherburne, NY. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $19.34 - $27.08 per hour, depending on experience.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider. To be considered, applicants must have graduated from an accredited school of Practical Nursing and hold a current New York State Practical Nurse License or be able to practice within the 90 day grace period allowed by New York State guidelines.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' needs and develop effective care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care
- Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited school of Practical Nursing
- Current New York State Practical Nurse License
