Nuclear Medicine Tech Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Tech to join our team at Aureus Group. As a Nuclear Medicine Tech, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to nuclear medicine, including preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining patient records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as gamma cameras and PET scanners
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Tech
  • AHA BLS certification
  • State license to practice as a Nuclear Medicine Tech in Georgia

Work Schedule:

This position requires working 11am-7:30pm, with 13 weeks of scheduled work. You will be required to work 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday.
