Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled RN Evening Supervisor to join our team at Ascension Wisconsin. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and providing leadership to clinical and non-clinical teams of caregivers and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess daily patient care needs and develop and distribute patient care assignments to ensure quality patient care.
- Delegate duties to clinical and non-clinical teams based on their assessed skills and abilities.
- Evaluate the care delivered by other caregivers and support staff, providing direct and immediate feedback and coaching.
- Participate in the hiring process for new staff members, conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
