Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' respiratory conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop treatment plans
  • Provide oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and other respiratory care services
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests and other diagnostic procedures
  • Develop and implement education programs for patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Illinois
  • 2+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a hospital setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
