Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the St. Cloud Hospital Emergency Trauma Center. As a Trauma Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our trauma program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to trauma patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Collaborate with the trauma team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in trauma education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of trauma policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Graduate from a nursing program and current MN RN license required
  • BSN required within 3 years of hire
  • Current BLS Healthcare Provider card required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 12 months of hire
  • Trauma Nursing Core Curriculum (TNCC) and Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 18 months of hire
