Emergency Room Nursing:
Our ER Nurses collaborate with 24/7 physicians and ER Technicians to provide exceptional patient care. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS, with TNCC preferred.
Reporting Structure:
Reports to the ER Director.
Qualifications:
Education:
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Licensure:
Must possess a current, temporary, or compact nursing license valid in New Mexico.
Professional Competencies:
Candidates should demonstrate core competencies in assessment, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, interpersonal relations, planning, intervention, evaluation, adaptability, organizational skills, professional accountability, and leadership.
Participation in ongoing education programs is essential to maintain licensure. Familiarity with current trends and practices in the nursing field is expected. A valid CPR certification is required or enrollment in the next available course.Employment is subject to the hiring policies of Cibola General Hospital.
