Job Description:

Solventum is seeking a highly skilled Product Engineering Senior Technical Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the Product Engineering organization for Purification and Filtration Business, optimizing the Change Management Process (CMP) and design controls for launched products, developing and delivering strategic and operational plans for Product Engineering, and supporting the Business Units and Laboratory Operating Committee.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Product Engineering organization for Purification and Filtration Business
  • Optimize the Change Management Process (CMP) and design controls for launched products
  • Develop and deliver strategic and operational plans for Product Engineering
  • Support the Business Units and Laboratory Operating Committee
  • Design and execute projects supporting Product Engineering, the Lab, and the overall business
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Five years experience leading technical teams (R&D, PE, QA, MTD, etc)
  • High School Diploma/GED from AND ten years experience leading technical teams
  • Four years experience creating or overseeing the creation of design control documents
  • Ten years experience working in cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in business administration and/or scientific discipline from an accredited institution
  • Fifteen years experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Skills include project management, people management, written and oral communication
Work Environment:

Remote - United States

Travel:

May include up to 20% international
