Salary:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Home-Based Services Provider, you will work closely with families to provide education, training, and support to help their children learn and grow. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting developmental screenings and assessments to identify areas of strength and need.
• Developing and implementing individualized family service plans to promote child development and well-being.
• Collaborating with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families.
• Providing education and training to parents and caregivers on topics related to child development and disability.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
