We are seeking a highly skilled Gastroenterologist to join our team at the Department of Veterans Affairs in North Carolina. As a Gastroenterologist, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic ultrasound services to patients with gastrointestinal diseases.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient and inpatient consultations to evaluate patients with gastrointestinal diseases
- Perform routine diagnostic and therapeutic upper endoscopy and colonoscopy
- Provide routine care, including health maintenance and diagnostic/therapeutic services for patients with acute conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Current, full, unrestricted medical license in any state
- Board eligible or certified in Internal or Family Medicine and Gastroenterology
- Confirmation of vaccination for seasonal influenza and Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)
- Board-certified in Gastroenterology
