Key Responsibilities

As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming patients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and complaints with empathy and respect
  • Ensuring completion of necessary forms and chart assembly for new patients
  • Verifying and updating patient information for returning patients
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment schedule
  • Maintaining accurate records and confidentiality of patient information
  • Performing administrative tasks as required, such as billing and data entry

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Current COVID-19 and flu vaccines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records
