Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Class A Regional Truck Driver to join our team at Ryder. As a Regional Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across the country, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a tractor-trailer combination vehicle to transport goods across the country
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Comply with all applicable federal and state regulations, including hours of service, weight limits, and safety standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Pass a Ryder drug test
  • Pass a Ryder background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Pass a Ryder road test
  • Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
  • Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
