Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our culinary team at Topgolf. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

• Operate dishwashers and washing equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Assist with unloading and storing deliveries, ensuring that all food and supplies are properly stored and accounted for.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition, adhering to sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor, demonstrating a team player attitude and effective communication skills.

• No specific educational requirements; a high school diploma or equivalent may be preferred.
• Proven experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment, with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy trays or dish racks.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety standards.
