  • Tracking and Analysis: Implement and oversee a comprehensive tracking system for labor and material usage, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and adhere to budgetary constraints, adjusting as needed to meet financial targets.
  • Industry Trends: Continuously analyze market trends in the prefabrication industry to stay ahead of the curve, educating both internal teams and external stakeholders on relevant findings to foster knowledge sharing and innovation.

Requirements

  • Journeyman Electrician: Journeyman electrician experience is required.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a track record of adhering to budgets and schedules.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of current industry trends, technologies, and best practices in prefabrication.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to oversee complex processes and data sets.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively teaching and engaging with diverse audiences.
