Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled Home Health Nurse to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Estimated Salary: $28-$40 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
  • Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
  • Teach family members on health promotion and disease management
  • Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
  • Follow up with physicians, clients, and staff on client concerns and changes in condition

Qualifications:

  • Active RN/LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
  • CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test within the last 12 months
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
