About the Position

The Digital Asset Management Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the VOM Digital Asset Management system.

Responsibilities
  • Manage digital assets, including uploading, organizing, and ingesting them into the DAM system.
  • Ensure seamless asset retrieval for internal departments or external partners.
  • Secure digital assets by processing security approval requests and maintaining accurate metadata.
  • Preserve digital assets through archival services, such as digitizing documents and photos.
  • Support the Audio Visual Engineer in internal studio photography needs and assist with A/V tasks.
  • Contribute to special projects and other duties assigned by the Publishing Logistics Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (desired).
  • Experience with an enterprise DAM system (desired).
  • Strong knowledge of DAM principles, including metadata management and taxonomy.
  • Understanding of digital, print, and video file formats.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

The ideal candidate will be offered a salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. This role is based in the Tulsa area and requires working at VOM's headquarters.
