About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team at Red Lobster. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile, making them feel at ease
• Manage the waiting list, ensuring guests are seated promptly and efficiently
• Monitor the dining area, maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
• Assist with taking reservations, answering phone calls, and handling to-go orders
