Construction Project Manager

Elsdon Group is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead our Commercial projects across Virginia, with occasional out-of-state travel.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure construction work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Strong knowledge of Commercial processes, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Driving license (company vehicle can be provided)
