We are currently seeking On-Demand Bartenders who will be responsible for enhancing guest satisfaction through outstanding beverage service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of all service protocols and adhere to departmental standards.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using the POS system for order management and payment processing.
  • Understand and comply with state liquor laws, ensuring responsible service.
  • Familiarize yourself with all beverage offerings, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic selections, and provide recommendations to guests.
  • Prepare and serve drinks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of bar areas for events, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Engage with guests, take orders, and suggest daily specials, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels and requisition supplies as necessary.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of bartending experience.
  • Strong mathematical skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
  • Preferred knowledge of various beverages, including wines, beers, and spirits.
  • Experience with POS systems is advantageous.
  • Alcohol awareness certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs independently.
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
