We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy in China Grove, NC. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization that prioritizes patient care and employee satisfaction.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with pain, functional limitations, and strength/ range-based deficits.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practice and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Accurately document patient evaluations, progress notes, and daily activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate clinical staff, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and expand services.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
- Licensure in Physical Therapy in the state of North Carolina.
- Evidence of ongoing continuing education in clinical areas, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Benefits:
- A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience.
