Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • General Knowledge: Familiarity with child growth, development, and child behavior characteristics, as well as techniques used in controlling and motivating students.
  • Communication Skills: Strong English usage, punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and colleagues.
  • Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: A willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
