We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Spring Graduate Fellow. This is a seasonal position that offers graduate students the opportunity to work in municipal government administration.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct management surveys and studies of City agencies to analyze organizational structure, manpower, and resource requirements.
- Implement research designs to analyze background information and goals of the project.
- Review current policies and procedures to recommend changes as appropriate.
- Apply statistical techniques to analyze research findings and prepare recommendations.
- Prepare correspondence to gather information for comparative studies and respond to inquiries.
- Completion of a four or five-year baccalaureate degree program and enrollment in an accredited graduate program.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
