About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Motorcoach Operator to join our team at First Class Transportation. As a Shuttle Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in providing safe and reliable transportation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a 56-passenger motorcoach or intra-campus shuttles on transit buses, mini-buses, and sprinters.
  • Transport clients to and from the park-and-ride location and the client's facility.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance to ensure reliability.
  • Adhere to schedules and maintain on-time performance.
  • Embody a safety-centric culture and make safety-driven decisions.

Requirements
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B or A with P Endorsement.
  • 2 years of commercial driving experience and 6 months of bus experience in the past 5 years.
  • Registration with the FMCSA drug and alcohol clearinghouse.
  • No more than 2 tickets/minor violations or preventable crashes in the past 3 years.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
