Key Responsibilities:
  • Security and Surveillance: Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of the location, including monitoring and reporting any spills, litter, or other maintenance issues.
  • Access Control: Authorize entrance and exit of persons to maintain security of premises.
  • Loss Prevention: Oversee loss prevention and respond to alarms and investigate disturbances promptly.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Write detailed reports of daily activities and any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
  • Procedures and Initiatives: Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, and emergency response.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Prior Security Guard Experience.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, and ability to stay focused during extended periods.
  • Availability: Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
