Job Title: NICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. As a NICU RN, you will provide direct and specialized care for newborns requiring close monitoring due to premature birth, birth defects, infection, or other medical conditions requiring surgery or therapy.

Job Description:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement a plan of care for high-risk newborns requiring high-technology care, including ventilators, incubators, or other special equipment or surgery.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care NICU setting.
  • Active RN License.
  • BLS, PALS, & NRP Certifications.
  • Degree from accredited nursing program.
