Job Summary

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' facilities. The Fire Alarm Technician will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and servicing fire alarm systems in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fire protection codes and regulations, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, inspect, and service fire alarm systems in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Meet weekly productivity goals and service targets
• Learn and apply fire protection codes and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work environment
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Fire Alarm Manager or Agent

Requirements:
• Texas Fire Alarm License required
• Ability to learn and apply fire protection codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and professional appearance
