Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a pediatric setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in medical assisting and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic medical assisting duties, including taking vital signs and preparing patients for exams.
  • Facilitate patient flow and manage front desk duties, including scheduling and collecting patient information.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program required.
  • 1+ years of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant, with pediatric experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
