We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our Cardiac Stepdown team. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Unit OverviewOur Cardiac Stepdown units include Medical Progressive Care (MPCU), Cardiac Progressive Care (CPCU), and Telemetry2 (Tele2). These departments see patients who require closer monitoring than a general medical floor but are not critically ill enough for an ICU. Our patients are typically admitted from the Emergency Department and require monitoring for conditions such as congestive heart failure, chest pain, and high oxygen needs.
Available ShiftsWe offer three 12-hour shifts: Nights (7:00pm-7:30am), with a weekend option available. Our standard weekend option includes Friday-Sunday (part-time or full-time), and we also offer flexible weekend options that allow you to work three weekends per month and receive weekend premium pay.
QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse Temporary Permit/LPN license in the State of Missouri
- Be certified in IV therapy
