Nurse Specialist - Telehealth Role at Mount Sinai Hospital
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Specialist to join our telehealth team at Mount Sinai Hospital for a 13-week assignment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to clients in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care through remote consultations and follow-ups.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure and registration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in telehealth or home health care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: $2192.40 per week (based on 36 hours/week)
