Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team as a NeuroRestorative Specialist. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in the success of our organization by providing training, assistance, and supervision to individuals receiving care in various settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Support and Training: Assist individuals with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration.
- Facilitate Community Involvement: Accompany individuals on outings, provide transportation to work or other activities, and support their working relationships with employers.
- Work with Clinical Staff: Collaborate with our clinical team to support therapeutic and behavioral plans in place.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in direct support
- License: Valid Driver's License from state of residence
- Age: Minimum of 18 years of age
- Certifications: Successful clearance of background checks
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication skills
- Flexible Scheduling: Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules available
