  • Assist with new hire onboarding and driver qualification files, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Enter data for monthly mileage and hours reports, providing critical information to stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering employee questions and queries in a positive and helpful manner.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of demonstrated administrative experience working for leadership, with a strong focus on oil and gas operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's degree preferred.
  • Must be computer literate, with expertise in MS Office (especially Excel), ADP, Cleargistix, Oracle iSupplier, or Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
