Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Breast Radiologist to join our team in Gastonia, NC. As a Breast Radiologist, you will be responsible for interpreting mammography and breast imaging studies, as well as collaborating with other radiologists to deliver high-quality patient care. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively to achieve our goals.

About the Role

This is a full-time employed position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will be board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology and have a strong background in Breast Radiology. You will work collaboratively with our team to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. The schedule is 8am - 5pm eastern time, with every 4-6 weeks of call. The volume is 75 wRVU's, with a mixture of Breast Imaging and General Radiology.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be eligible to acquire a North Carolina state license and have a strong background in Breast Radiology. You will also need to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive health and benefits package, including a base salary of $700,000 for partners, additional $25-$40K annually in bonuses, and a 10-week PTO. We also offer a Partnership Track Retirement Plan with a profit-sharing program and an Employee Track Retirement Plan with a 401K.

We are a private radiology group based in Gastonia, NC, just outside of Charlotte. We have a strong reputation in the area and have long-standing hospital contracts to remain independent. We are a physician-owned and physician-led group, providing radiology services for 5 locations.
