We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Acts Retirement-Life Communities. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our residents by preparing and serving meals, assisting with setup and cleanup of the dining room, and performing various kitchen tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with setup and cleanup of the dining room, including cleaning tables, chairs, and floors
- Perform various kitchen tasks, such as food preparation, cooking, and cleaning
- Work collaboratively with the Nutrition Services Manager to ensure seamless meal service
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- A competitive hourly rate of $17.64, with opportunities for advancement
